Job Description

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Business Process Analyst Principal at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Program Management. As a Business Process Analyst Principal, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Indian Health Service (IHS).

This role is fully remote!
 

This role requires you to obtain and maintain an in-depth Public Trust Level 5. This investigation will review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications.


Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support:

    • Initiate and track acquisitions through the acquisition lifecycle.

    • Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs).

    • Conduct Labor Category (LCAT) verifications to ensure compliance with program requirements.

    • Route PWA (Project Work Authorization) requests for timely approval and documentation.

    • Log, track, and report on employee travel requests as needed per Task Order guidelines.

    • Assist Task Order Managers with various projects.

  • Tracking and Reporting:

    • Track and maintain updates for Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

    • Support Task Order Managers during Partner Calls by preparing and maintaining agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-up.

    • Assist in creating and maintaining task order tracking artifacts to improve visibility of task completion status across the program.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows for routine administrative responsibilities to minimize program bottlenecks.

    • Act as a liaison between Task Order Managers and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered

  • 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Administrative/Operations role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 5 Public Trust

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Concur, Workday, SC360, PowerApps strongly preferred

  • Prior experience supporting Contract and Task Order Management functions on federal contracts

  • Familiarity with IHS systems, health IT programs, and associated compliance requirements

  • Experience preparing deliverables such as AIR forms, SOWs, and MPRs

  • Knowledge of GDIT or similar program-specific tools, policies, and processes

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
