Job Description

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. We are seeking a Foreign Disclosure Support Specialist to join the F-35 JPO program in Arlington, VA.

The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) supports development, acquisition, fielding, modernization, and sustainment of the F-35 joint strike fighter. The F-35 JPO Security Directorate provides full spectrum multi-disciplined security support to protect F-35 technology and information across its enterprise and throughout the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle.  This includes providing advice and services for programmatic security measures that deny unauthorized access to F-35 facilities, equipment, and resources, and protect personnel, information, and property from damage and/or loss of technology.

The role of the Foreign Disclosure Specialist is reviewing, authorizing, and managing the release of classified or controlled technical information to foreign entities.

Specific duties include:

  • Reviewing, documenting, and assisting with the release of information to non-US entities and to the public
  • Providing technical and analytical support for the release of information to non-US entities
  • Assist the Government with the interpretation and execution of disclosure and export policies

Basic Qualifications

  • BS degree; Masters preferred
  • Specialized experience reviewing, documenting, and assisting with the release of information to non-US entities and to the public
  • Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft programs and systems.
  • Secret clearance

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
