HOW A AVAILBILITY MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams.

● Responsible for overseeing all GDIT provided IT services and ensuring they always remain available to the client. This includes desktops, servers, network, telephony and cloud-based services. In the circumstances where a service outage does occur it is your role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible

● Coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and GDIT senior leadership
● This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client
● Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
● Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/poly
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Communication, customer service, and problem solving Must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi-task

● Shift: Monday - Friday 2200 to 0600 or Monday - Thursday 2000 to 0600

● Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

● This position is mission essential, may include work on holidays when required
