HOW A PROJECT INTEGRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Support the current Assessments Team Lead with managing assessment-related projects (e.g., control updates, process updates, etc.).

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree - (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline) or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
• Experience: 5+ yrs
• Required Technical Skills:
• Experience leading/managing cybersecurity-based projects
• Intermediate to advanced skills with integrating and working with multiple business analytic and reporting tools; examples Jira, Excel, Confluence, PowerBI, Tableau, SharePoint, etc.
• Communication effectiveness (both written and oral) with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely 
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights through analysis and dashboarding
• Performance metrics for cross-team collaboration of defining report requirements and key metrics
• Ability to develop, document and track multiple projects within Jira project portfolio
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM and managing Sprint boards
• Tools Experience:
• Excel, to include, calculations, filters, pivot tables, graphs 
• Jira (JQL), dashboards, sprints, board configurations, filters
• Confluence - integration with Jira and/or PowerBI
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Desired Qualifications:
• Familiarity with the customer's A&A process tool (GL)
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active polygraph
• Location: Herndon, VA - on customer site
