  • Lead and direct cross-functional engineering teams during proposal, design and delivery phases of products in development and production phases
  • Coordinate with functional departments on staffing, supplier relationships, and technical requirement definition
  • Assist in managing the integration and operations of core services, including Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), ArcGIS, and other services as needed for cloud platform operations
  • Provide technical leadership in architecture definition and trades, requirements analysis, CONOPs, algorithms, interface definition, container orchestration, hardware and software design, procurement, integration, validation and verification

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevSecOps, or systems integration, preferably in a DoW or classified environment
    • 3+ years of direct experience with cloud migration, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent)
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience with Systems Engineering lifecycle processes, including configuration and change management in a DoW weapon system environment
  • Experience leading multiple development teams to design and build cloud-hosted software systems following the Agile methodology
  • Experience leading diverse engineering teams including the technical team, Government, and other contractors

  • Proficiency in container orchestration and management using Kubernetes, Istio, and service mesh technologies; Infrastructure as Code (IaC) design and implementation
  • Experience with deployment automation for older, enterprise, and legacy systems with widely variable technologies; ability to adapt deployment, hosting, and management strategies for third-party applications where source code access is limited or unavailable
  • Experience supporting DevSecOps security procedures including fuzz testing, vulnerability testing, penetration testing, and misuse/abuse testing; security engineering analysis for baseline releases and accreditation support
