PRODUCTION ANALYST ASSOCIATE

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Production Analyst Associate, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to supporting various Navy programs. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, procurement and records management.
● Lead/Manage/Support - Develop knowledge of GDITs supplier base, source hard to find material, work with outside vendors and internal shop personnel to support program needs.
● Collaborate with production supervision, program managers, and external vendors.
● Drive material sourcing and procurement to support program requirements and schedule.
● Utilize research skills to source difficult to find components or raw material, use communication skills to provide real time feedback to program managers regarding material availability and lead time.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your manufacturing and procurement expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Production Analyst Associate must have:

1+ years of related experience

Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.


● Technical skills: Basic computer competency, familiarity with MS office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc...)
● Security clearance level: Ability to obtain a secret clearance is required
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills, and develop an understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $23.30 - $30.48. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
