Job Description

The Program Analyst is part of a small team of program/business analysts responsible for the back‑office operations that help keep our ICAM program running smoothly.You will support back-office processes and improvement, work closely with other analysts, and be a key interface hub across program management, finance/contracts, engineering, and compliance to ensure purchase requests, procurements, asset management, deliverables, proposal development, subcontract management, and senior‑leader communications are executed accurately and on time.You will also define, document, and improve back-office workflows and templates that elevate activity and efficiency across the program.This is a fully remote position.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain materials and artifacts for ICAM Program Management Office.
  • Coordinate and maintain Program documentation including agendas, notes, action items, trackers, logs, and related artifacts.
  • Ensure consistent documentation standards across all Program Teams.
  • Support Program leadership by maintaining awareness of program goals, timelines, and operational priorities.
  • Coordinate meeting artifacts, track action items, and support the development of briefing and planning materials.
  • Maintain program communication artifacts and assist in collaborative information sharing.
  • Help identify and resolve administrative or workflow blockers affecting documentation or coordination.
  • Support the tracking of the CDRLs/contract deliverable artifacts
  • Conduct Program onboarding activities for new personnel and offboarding activities for exiting personnel.
  • Ensure all Monthly Status Report (MSR)/Quarterly Program Review (QPR) inputs are reviewed, finalized, and delivered to the customer.
  • Ensure all Program deliverables and artifacts are finalized and tracked in the appropriate locations.
  • Support the tracking and compliance of required Government training.
  • Support special projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required):Education: Bachelor’s Degree.  An additional 4 years of experience mat be substituted in lieu of degree.Clearance: Minimum of an active Secret security clearance.Experience: 5+ years in Enterprise IT, Project Management, or Program Analysis.Technical Skills:
  • Experience supporting programs in complex DoW or technical environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to consolidate technical and functional content into clear, consistent documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with collaboration and project-tracking tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or Microsoft Teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy and completeness.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
