Systems Analyst/IT Customer Support/File Transfer...TS/SCI

As a Systems Analyst/IT Customer Support/File Transfer, your role is integral in ensuring our client’s IT products meet customer needs and align with business goals. Job Duties are as follows:

• Act as a liaison between the customer and the help desk. 
• First point of contact for IT issues and needs, attempting to triage a situation prior to involving the help desk. 
• Back up the asset management team with issuance of accessories and cables to customers and the technicians.
• Review file transfer documentation, ensuring the needed signatures are present (or forward them to the needed teams). 
• Burn files to disk and manually move the file to the appropriate networks, notifying the customer once competed. 
• Maintain a log of all file transfers with all required information

WHAT YOU��LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree

● Experience: 1+ years of related experience

● US citizenship required
