Job Description

As an Execution Specialist in the Enterprise IT portfolio, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project schedules, task assignments, resource allocations, and execution milestones in alignment with program objectives.

  • Coordinate with Implementation Leads, Engineering leads, and Subcontractors to monitor daily progress, resolve issues, and track deliverables.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction is high and a constructive relationship between the organization and the area command is established and maintained.

  • Responsible for ensuring the customer priorities for new or changed products and services, in alignment with desired business outcomes, are effectively established and articulated.

  • Ensures value creation for the customer and that the work is in line with the organization’s strategy and priorities.

  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational oversight.

  • Ability to track progress, identify execution issues, and support field leadership in resolving them.

  • Facilitate risk identification, issue escalation, and mitigation planning; track risks and follow through on mitigation actions

  • Conducts planning and provides recommendations on task workload and improved technologies to ensure the capability stays relevant.

  • Coordinates development of deliverables and products.

  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables, ensuring all teams are meeting technical SLAs.

  • Interact with government stakeholders including their operations and project leads.

  • Participates in special projects as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience in support of IT networks and communications.

  • Experience with developing policy and implementation plans for cross‐network communications, including Service and Joint networks is required.

  • Experience in the available DOW classified and unclassified communications transport, and the organizations that manage them.

  • Experience working with or managing subcontractor personnel

  • Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance or greater.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Experience in financial analysis of large projects.

  • Experience managing and leading cross functional teams.

  • Demonstrable administrative and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Travel: 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

  • Professional certification (PMP)

  • Experience with network infrastructure, wireless systems, or structured cabling projects

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
