PROJECT MANAGER

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Project Manager supporting CIS, you will provide essential leadership and coordination for complex engineering, operations, and tech refresh initiatives across a global enterprise. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting while ensuring all activities align with cost, scope, performance, and quality expectations. Your work drives mission critical outcomes, strengthens operational efficiency, and ensures the successful delivery of modern, secure, and reliable infrastructure services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead project planning and execution activities across engineering, operations, and tech refresh initiatives, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and performance standards.  
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and milestone plans to support effective execution and tracking.  
  • Prepare and deliver project reports, status updates, risk assessments, and performance insights to leadership and stakeholders.  
  • Coordinate project resources, resolve barriers, and maintain communication across service lanes and technical teams to ensure project continuity.  
  • Support cost management, schedule adherence, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities across the project lifecycle.  
  • Maintain project documentation, including deliverables, action items, plans, and issue logs, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.  
  • Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and change management activities to ensure predictable, high quality project outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT or infrastructure projects in complex, multi-site environments
  • Strong understanding of project management disciplines. schedule management, cost control, risk management, and quality oversight
  • Experience developing WBS, project schedules, milestone plans, and performance reporting within structured frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, operational, and leadership teams while managing competing priorities
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • PMP and/or ITIL experience highly desired
  • US citizenship required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
