As an Operations Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on an Operations Integration Specialist joining our team to coordinate and synchronize operational activities across the enterprise. You will promote operational applications of operations and program equities across stakeholders through external interface and reporting, and assist in documenting and presenting planning and operational recommendations. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills to support the planning and execution of internet-based MISO Operations for government stakeholders.
HOW AN OPERATIONS INTEGRATION SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Coordinates and synchronizes operational activities across the enterprise.
Promotes operational applications of operations and program equities across stakeholders via external interface and reporting.
Assists and documents planning and operational recommendations/decisions from all stakeholders, formatting and presenting findings to meet requirements.
Coordinates trans-regional actions, planning, and execution of internet-based MISO Operations within all requesting government stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required; significant specialized experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in operations integration, planning, or coordination preferred.
Security Clearance Level:
Minimum Secret Clearance required candidates with active TS/SCI eligibility preferred. Accepted candidates will be submitted for TS/SCI clearance.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to synthesize and present complex operational recommendations and decisions.
Experience supporting internet-based operations or MISO Operations is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and agencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Location:

The likely salary range for this position is $88,502 - $119,738. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
