This role provides forward-looking insight, strategic counsel, and enterprise awareness to help the business area anticipate mission needs, align capabilities, and position teams for long-term success.
The Advisor serves as the connective tissue across strategy, growth, delivery, and modernization — enabling the business area to operate with clarity, alignment, and agility in a fast-evolving mission landscape.

• Connect business area priorities to enterprise initiatives, Centers of Excellence (COEs), growth campaigns, digital accelerators, and technology investments.
• Serve as the integrator across the business area, ensuring strategy, growth, and delivery teams operate with shared awareness and coordinated execution.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable guidance for the business area and ensure alignment to mission campaigns and strategic growth vectors.
