Organizational Change Management Specialist
Support a high-visibility federal cloud modernization effort as an Organizational Change Management Specialist. Here, you'll help shape how a federal customer adopts new cloud capabilities, working alongside a dedicated OCM Lead and Program Management team.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a OCM Specialist, you'll support a multi-year federal cloud transformation program modernizing infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and future cloud environments. You will play a hands-on role executing OCM activities under the direction of the program's OCM Lead, including:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your change management expertise and attention to detail to GDIT. The Senior OCM Specialist must have:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Business, IT, Psychology, or a related field.
● Experience:
● Technical skills: Proficient in using OCM tools, such as:
● Security clearance level: The selected applicant must be able to pass a security investigation for Public Trust.

● Timeline: Contingent position; Expected to start in late summer or early fall of 2026.
● Location: Remote. Some travel may be required.

The likely salary range for this position is $96,050 - $129,950. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
