Own your opportunity to work alongside federal civilian agencies. Make an impact by providing services that help the government ensure the well being and support of U.S. citizens.
We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong Manager to lead our Deployment Automation team. This position will support our Healthcare Integrated General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS) program with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This team serves as the controlled execution arm for manual and automated code and configuration deployments on behalf of delivery teams, ensuring proper segregation of duties and protection of enterprise environments. This role requires a leader who can deliver measurable results quickly—someone who avoids getting bogged down in excessive planning and instead drives tangible progress through focused execution, automation, and clear priorities. While this team partners closely with Security, it does not own security governance; rather, it operates with a strong gatekeeper mindset to protect environments and enforce controls.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical and automation expertise, DevSecOps vision, operational discipline, executive presence, and the ability to market team impact through well-defined KPIs and visible wins.
