Job Description

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Senior Logistics Analyst, you will play a critical leadership role within GDIT’s Supply Chain organization. In this position, you will oversee a team that manages all program order fulfillment requirements to ensure related contractual services levels are met. You will guide daily execution, shape process improvements, and ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness for all order fulfillment activities that support our Government customer’s mission.

This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross functional supply chain groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for part and material expediting and customer order delivery, including fulfillment of past due orders

• Coordinates with cross-functional groups to process all customer orders within contractual requirements.

• Perform quality assessments of GDIT and customer systems to ensure the disparate systems order fulfillment statuses are aligned.

• Ensure accurate evaluation of all incoming orders for completeness, funding validation, and compliance with customer and contract requirements.

• Partner closely with Procurement, Customer Service, Order Planning, Warehouse Operations, and Program Management to resolve issues, remove barriers, and support on time delivery.

• Establish and monitor team performance metrics to drive accountability, improve accuracy, and increase overall operational efficiency.

• Monitors open orders to ensure that older orders are being prioritized through the entire order cycle (from approval to fulfillment)

• Champion data accuracy, process discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning quality, reduce cycle times, and strengthen supply chain predictability.

• Responsible for the goal setting, training, and development of employees

  • Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.

  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

  • Participates in special projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bring your supply chain and logistics expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Logistics Analyst Senior must have:

● BA/BS in a related field (or equivalent experience)

● Experience: 5+ years of related experience

● Candidate must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and someone who takes initiative with minimal supervision

● Security clearance level: Secret

● US citizenship required

● Role requirements: Previous experience in forecasting and inventory management preferred.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
