The ServiceNow Integration Developer supports a large, complex program by contributing technical, operational, and analytical expertise to ensure successful delivery across multiple teams and stakeholder groups. This role plays a key part in promoting cross-functional collaboration, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and helping maintain momentum across interconnected workstreams. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Developer ensures that ServiceNow capabilities and integrations align with program objectives and support continuity of operations.
The position requires strong communication skills, detail-oriented execution, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners. The Developer contributes to documentation, reporting, integration analysis, and coordination activities to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
This role is remote with 25% travel to nationwide VA sites.
Work Visa Sponsorship will not be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Client organization and partner groups to support program operations.
Assist in identifying risks, tracking issues, and driving mitigation strategies to maintain progress.
Contribute to documentation, technical analysis, reporting, and process alignment activities.
Support the coordination of ServiceNow-related integration work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Help maintain operational continuity across related workstreams, ensuring that dependencies and integration points are understood.
Provide analytical support to ensure integration activities meet functional and operational requirements.
Use productivity and collaboration tools to support project tracking, communication, and documentation.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of progressive electronic health records (EHR) support experience
5+ years of progressive software development focused on ServiceNow Business Analysis and ServiceNow Incident Management in analytical, engineering or analytical roles
At least one ServiceNow Certification
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in federal, federal health IT, or Client-related programs
Exposure to EHR systems or system integration environments
Background in cybersecurity, data operations, or software testing
Experience with large-scale system deployments or modernization efforts

The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $158,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
