Partner closely with program management, contracts, project control, procurement, capture, and business development teams to align subcontracting approaches with program objectives, customer requirements, and proposal strategies.
  • Drive Operational Excellence and Risk Mitigation
Develop and implement subcontracting best practices, resolve complex subcontract issues, and proactively identify and mitigate risks related to performance, compliance, schedule, and cost to protect both GDIT and the customer’s mission.
  • Utilize Tools, Systems, and Expertise to Deliver Results
Apply your expertise in federal procurement (e.g., FAR/DFARS, HHS/agency supplements), subcontract terms and conditions, negotiations, and cost/price analysis while leveraging GDIT systems and tools to manage subcontract performance, reporting, and documentation.
