WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Required Experience: 5+ years of related
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures and proven ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.
  • Hands-on experience with VPN technologies, including Cisco VPN and comparable client solutions.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and end‑user support.
  • Experience delivering technical support across diverse systems and environments.
  • System administration experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, telephony, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and validating hardware and software components.
  • Skilled in using enterprise ticketing and incident‑management systems.
  • Practical experience supporting and maintaining Windows OS environments.
  • Practical experience supporting and maintaining Linux OS environments.
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated adherence to exceptional security practices, including handling Restricted Handling (RH) data.
  • Experience supporting specialized systems such as FSA3 and FiCE.
  • Certification as a Data Transfer Officer.
  • Certification as a Krypto Handling Technician.
  • Training or experience supporting special “Back Room” operational requirements.
  • Advanced training in FSA3 and FiCE architectures, including associated troubleshooting procedures.
  • Location: Chantilly, VA - On Customer Site

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
