MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Systems Analyst Principal, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
Key Duties:
• Collect and perform analysis on complex information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.
• Prepare complex flow charts, models, and procedures.
• Conduct feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
• Conduct complex form design and layout activities.
• Prepare systems specifications.
• Develop technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
• Perform detailed analysis and systems designs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• May coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals.
• May serve as a team or task lead.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Analyst Principal must have:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Reactive RESTful Web Service Development with Spring WebFlux, Streams, Kafka, Redis, Oracle database, React/Next.js UI framework, Github, Kubernetes, and Docker.
● Security clearance level: Public Trust

The likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $117,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
