Marketing Manager, Technology Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic marketing professional to join our growing corporate marketing team. As the Marketing lead for GDIT Technology Capabilities and Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our marketing efforts in support of our strategic growth goals. We need a leader who will develop go-to-market strategies and high-impact campaigns that position GDIT’s differentiated AI, cyber, mission software and quantum capabilities, as well as emerging technologies across our portfolio. In this role, this leader will oversee the end-to-end development, execution and measurement of integrated marketing programs that position GDIT at the forefront of these technology areas.

Collaboration will be essential to success as this role will work closely with our sector marketing teams (Defense, Federal Civilian, Health, Intelligence and Homeland Security), subject matter experts, stakeholders across the Technology organization and internal communications. Together, we will craft innovative, best-in-class marketing initiatives that amplify the value of GDIT's technology expertise and solutions. This role will also work collaboratively with GDIT partners and leading commercial technology companies to support go-to-market campaigns.

** This position requires Hybrid to Falls Church, Virginia office 3 days per week

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Some of the things you will be doing…

• Building consultative relationships with subject matter experts, CTO/business development/growth teams, operational leaders, and GDIT’s broader technology ecosystem.
• Developing strategies to effectively market GDIT’s technology offerings, including creating engagement plans that align with business opportunities and enterprise goals.
• Consulting with external marketing vendors, media partners, and agency teams to deliver compelling marketing campaigns and outreach programs.
• Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to shape high-impact marketing activities such as customer-facing workshops, editorial articles, webinars, events, sponsorships, advertising, and more.
• Monitoring campaign performance and success metrics, providing timely updates to stakeholders while identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to integrate GDIT’s technology expertise into marketing campaigns across our business verticals to strengthen brand differentiation.
• Working effectively within a large, matrixed organization—ensuring alignment and collaboration across multiple teams and levels of leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your initiative and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Marketing Manager, Technology Solutions must have:
● Education: Bachelor's degree required

● Experience: 8+ years of combined marketing, corporate communications, brand management, and/or public relations agency experience with a Bachelor's degree (6+ years experience with Master's degree)

● Technical skills:

• Knowledge of US Federal Government IT industry services, systems, and products marketplace and related media.
• Experience in cross-channel marketing communications (PR, events, digital and social media)
• Strong and highly effective writing and public speaking skills and interpersonal communication skills.
• Writing samples available upon request

● Location: Hybrid to Falls Church, Virginia with an expectation of working in office three (3) days per week
