We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex threat research and assessment projects. This role involves overseeing the design and development of advanced threat detection methods, leveraging cutting-edge data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling processes. The successful candidate will work closely with diverse teams to develop actionable intelligence updates, maintain existing models, and ensure consistent performance optimization for operational environments. The selected candidate will support both the design and operational maintenance of threat assessment techniques. By managing resources and ensuring alignment with security mandates, the Project Manager will play a key role in safeguarding U.S. interests through sophisticated data analysis and intelligence-backed decision-making. As part of an agile team, you will:

  • Adapt to evolving data requirements and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Work with agile team(s) to execute sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery cadence for a portfolio of production models.
  • Own the full AI/ML model lifecycle from data analysis and feature engineering through development, training, testing, validation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
  • Translate classified and open-source intelligence on emerging threats into behavioral models that identify new targeting approaches for agency enforcement to support Direct Threat Research modeling initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between technical teams and government stakeholders to ensure model outputs are operationally actionable.
  • Have prior experience working on operational and maintenance activities for analytical models.
  • Experience coordinating with government agencies or security organizations is a significant asset.
