The Suicide Prevention Coordinator (SPC) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) responsible for leading, developing, and integrating suicide prevention initiatives across Special Operations Forces (SOF) units. The SPC serves as the Component‑level subject‑matter expert for suicide prevention policy, reporting, and program execution. This role also includes providing clinical support when required, contributing directly to the readiness, resilience, and psychological well‑being of service members and their families.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
EDUCATION: Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent (MSSW, MSSA) degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
CLEARANCE: Secret or Top-Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain clearance.
LOCATION: Various OCONUS & CONUS SITES
This is a contingent posting, expected to start in 2027.

The likely salary range for this position is $72,877 - $98,599. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
