MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Training Specialist Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the customer's mission. You will play a crucial role in training highly specialized teams with a critical national security mission.
• Provide support for classified operational training courses for highly specialized staffs to ensure training objectives meet mission performance requirements
• Conduct analysis, design, develop, review, revise, coordinate, produce, evaluate, and maintain course instructional materials
• Formally publish schedule and instructor assignments to students and instructors prior to course convening
• Review all course modules and materials and make recommendations for changes based on the previous year’s policy, operational SOP revisions, and performance gaps
• Coordinate and develop schedules, agendas, presentations, and handouts in support of recurring Executive Training Boards
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Security clearance level: TS with SCI eligibility
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: extensive training experience in the military or broader national security field

The likely salary range for this position is $99,450 - $134,550. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
