Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as the Program Senior Manager for a large and complex team of well-trained technical professionals supporting U.S. Army missions with the design, development, engineering, integration, technical and operational support to provide the U.S. Army’s NIPRNET and SIPRNET. We are looking to hire a full-time Program Senior Manager to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to the program and all assigned projects and tasks.

HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
· Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of all aspects of the program to include assigned projects and tasks, including contract and subcontract management. ��
· Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
·Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above.
· Assists the Government in synchronizing requirements throughout the lifecycle of the program within cost, schedule, and performance identifying any issues in regularly scheduled program meetings.
· Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.
· Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
· In-depth understanding of the task order requirements, their responsibilities, and the ability, knowledge, experience, and skills to carry out those requirements and responsibilities
· Current understanding of Army Enterprise capabilities, tools, procedures, and operational constructs
· Understands DoW and Army Cybersecurity Policies, including DoW Instruction 8570 and 8140, Cybersecurity, Army Regulation (AR) 25-2 Information Assurance and AR 25-1 Army Information Technology.
· Well-versed in Change Management processes
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Visio
· Responsible for the administrative/operational leadership of the program as determined by the PWS and the customer.
· Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
· Mentor your deputy program managers in the day-to-day operations of tasks including technical work, staff supervision, financial, and business development activities.
· Ensure execution excellence by leveraging GDIT's mature processes and technologies
· Foster continual service improvement
· Maintain relationships with industry partners
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer and Information Systems or related degree
· Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience in operations / program management as a contractor in support of DoW
· Required Skills and Abilities: Oral and Written Communication, Leadership, Resource Management, Customer Relationship Management, Project Management, Budget Management.
· Required Technical Skills: IT Project / Program level management and general understanding of core IT concepts
· Required Certification: PMI PMP, IAT Level II or higher information assurance certification
· Desired Certifications: IAM Level II or higher and ITIL Foundation or higher
· Security Clearance Level: Secret
· Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
· Travel Required: < 10%

The likely salary range for this position is $123,250 - $166,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
