This role operates in a high‑visibility, fast‑paced environment, ensuring seamless technical execution for events that reach employees, customers, and stakeholders across the organization. The manager oversees a specialized team of A/V professionals, driving excellence in system design, live event production, collaboration technologies, and executive‑level support.

The ideal candidate combines deep A/V engineering expertise, exceptional leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure—ensuring every event, message, and moment lands with precision and professionalism.

How the Enterprise Events & Audio Visual Production Manager will make an impact:

Enterprise‑Wide Event & Broadcast Delivery

  • Lead the end‑to‑end technical execution of enterprise‑wide events, executive broadcasts, town halls, and large‑scale hybrid experiences

  • Partner closely with Executive Communications, IT, and Event Production teams to ensure flawless integration of content, technology, and audience engagement

  • Direct technical operations during live events, making rapid, high‑stakes decisions to resolve issues and maintain broadcast continuity

  • Oversee streaming, recording, switching, and routing across multiple platforms including Teams, Zoom, and high‑end production environments

A/V Systems Engineering & Innovation

  • Architect, design, and maintain complex A/V systems that support executive broadcast studios, conference environments, hybrid workspaces, and corporate events

  • Implement IP‑based A/V, control systems (Crestron, Extron), and multimedia technology to deliver cutting‑edge experiences

  • Drive continuous improvement across platforms, workflows, and system integrations to keep pace with industry advancements

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a high‑performing A/V engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence

  • Delegate tasks effectively, anticipate resource needs for major events, and ensure team readiness for rapid‑response situations

  • Provide technical leadership and support growth pathways for emerging A/V talent

Executive Support & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to executive leaders, delivering high‑touch support with professionalism, discretion, and poise

  • Communicate complex technical information clearly and succinctly, ensuring executive stakeholders receive timely, solutions‑focused updates

  • Maintain confidentiality when supporting sensitive discussions, briefings, and executive communications

Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee daily maintenance and quality checks of A/V systems, conference rooms, studios, and event spaces to ensure operational readiness

  • Document engineering processes, event workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations

  • Identify operational risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure redundant systems are in place for mission‑critical events

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant A/V or production experience; or 9+ years of experience in lieu of degree

  • 5+ years managing A/V engineering or technical production teams in a high‑visibility or enterprise environment

Technical Expertise

  • Proven experience designing and supporting complex A/V systems, including control systems (Crestron, Extron), IP‑based A/V, and broadcast‑grade technology

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and hybrid collaboration platforms

  • Strong understanding of acoustics, signal flow, networking, live event production, and multimedia integration.

Leadership & Behavioral Attributes

  • Calm under pressure—able to troubleshoot and lead during live, high‑stakes moments
  • Rapid decision‑making with the confidence to adjust platforms, routing, and workflows in real time
  • Executive presence, professionalism, and the ability to represent the team with credibility
  • Anticipatory mindset—predicting needs and proactively preparing redundancies before events occur
  • Clear, polished communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • High‑touch customer service with a focus on exceptional executive support
  • Adaptability in fast‑changing environments with shifting schedules and last‑minute requirements
