CAPTURE MANAGER
Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as a Capture Manager at GDIT. Here, you’ll become an integral part of how GDIT is able to ensure the safety and security of our nation.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Capture Manager, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and the Intelligence Community (IC). You will play a crucial role in leading and developing comprehensive solutions.

  • Assist in the development of comprehensive technical and programmatic solutions for Special Operations Forces (SOF)
  • Support the development of cost estimates
  • Collaborate with Contracts, Subcontracts, Pricing, and Proposal departments. Negotiate partner Teaming Agreements and associated workshare
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive them through the GDIT business development lifecycle.
  • Work with Proposal Development team to ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
  • Develop solutions, support proposal generation, pricing, teaming, strategy, and pipeline development.
  • Drive key captures and support GDIT enterprise growth
  • May act as primary liaison with the SOF enterprise on project matters such as securing customer acceptance
  • Discuss alternative solutions with customer including contractual changes
  • Deliver results which achieve lasting satisfaction with customer and achieve financial goals


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your initiative and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Capture Manager must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: Able to communicate verbally and in writing, with good interpersonal skills. Able to demonstrate leadership ability with complex reasoning and problem solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

● Security clearance level: Secret or above
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: 15% travel desired

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
