GDIT has an exciting opportunity for a System Administrator (SA) to support U.S. Army Europe and Africa in Wiesbaden, Germany ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and resources to support the warfighter. The SA designs, develops, installs, manages, maintains, and monitors intelligence systems and infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of systems performance, security, and availability. The SA authors and updates documentation, diagrams, and SOPs on new and existing intel systems. The SA stays current on operating systems, intel software, hardware, and technological developments to recommend improvements to enhance mission and operational effectiveness. Provides expertise and recommendations in the development or modification of software programs, applications, operating systems, and hardware to enhance intel systems. Maintains baseline configurations and performs modifications to intel systems when approved. Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, servers, operating systems, and software to rapidly restore services.

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
