Our work depends on a Program Analyst joining our team to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. As a Program Analyst Senior supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO for contract management execution support.

HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Optimize Operational Efficiency: Perform administrative and analytical tasks to streamline contract execution, reducing administrative burden on leadership and optimizing workflow.
  • Time-Sensitive Reporting: Compile and contribute to Weekly Status Meeting Minutes, Monthly Progress Reports, and Monthly Training Metrics Reports, ensuring 100% on-time delivery of critical contract deliverables.
  • Project Coordination & Deadline Management: Provide proactive project coordination to federal leadership and the GDIT team to ensure projects are well organized and running smoothly. This includes managing document repositories, developing project artifacts, and driving adherence to all project deadlines.
  • Systems Workflow Support: Provide swift program set-up support within multiple Information Technology systems, ensuring accurate, timely data entry.
  • Conformance & Quality Control: Interact regularly with customers to ensure deliverables conform to requirements, while identifying and resolving potential delays.
  • Critical Path Analysis: Monitor and ensure the accuracy of current progression status and, most importantly, identify and mitigate impacts on the project’s critical path.
  • Data-Driven Performance Reporting: Extract and analyze data from management systems to provide leadership with actionable summaries, highlighting variances in schedule, cost, or performance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Extensive understanding of resource management, expense and timekeeping management, process, and policies.
  • Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of relevant analyst experience.
  • Experience supporting federal contract program manager.
  • Task management experience and/or skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage frequently changing priorities of competing importance.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal/external teams including key stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines, following detailed written policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our program.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $93,662 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
