Job Description

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of a team that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. We are seeking a Safety Lead to join our team in support of the Army TEN-M program. This program manages the development, engineering and safety for telecommunications towers, antennae and associated technologies in the Western US.


This is a remote position and requires 25% to 50% travel; you must reside within a 50-mile radius of a major airport


As the Safety Lead, you:


  • Ensures all safety standards are adhered to during site installation, and ensures all teams comply with local site policies and procedures.
  • Supports the development of the Safety Plan, updates to includes an site-specific safety requirements, and ensures it is being followed.
  • Prepares and submits accident reports as necessary.

 

Basic Qualifications:


  • BS/BA Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 10+ years of site safety experience and understanding of the duties as described above
  • Secret Clearance

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $169,604 - $229,464. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
