Job Description

Keep operations on track and your career in motion as a Supply Chain Analyst Principal at GDIT. Your work supporting supply chain and logistics at GDIT will power global missions and your long-term career growth.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

Responsible for leading a team of sourcing professionals that utilize market available data to provide real-time budget and schedule quotes for products and services in compliance with contract requirements. Work includes documenting all requisitions, market source data, pricing, and vendor selection and documentation to substantiate the quoted cost provided to the customer while ensuring that all market sources comply with federal regulations and contract requirements (TAA, NDAA, etc.).  Manager will track and report on all customer quoting performance metrics and KPIs.  Provides direct supervision to sourcing logisticians and must have experience managing, training, and developing personnel.  

Looking for a self-motivated leader who innovates, develops, and delivers.  Must have the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, demonstrate ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner, and work as a member of a cohesive team.

Key Duties:

  • Investigate available market supply of sources and issue request proposals, quotations or bids for those items as a directed by program leadership and/or customer requirements
  • Collaborate with sources of supply and customer contacts to ensure the materials and services sourced are aligned to requirements
  • Ensure all material and services are sourced in accordance with the FAM, FAH, FAR, TAA, and NDAA requirements
  • Ensure all customer requisitions are quoted on time in accordance with contract requirements
  • Generate all contract deliverables and customer reporting accurately and timely
  • Maintain records of all sourcing and pricing activities to support customer requisition quoting and to ensure procurement activities aligned to approved budgets and delivery schedules
  • Support ad-hoc material and services sourcing projects for internal and external use
  • Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data through collaboration with program supply chain leadership and efficient utilization of program tools
  • Innovate and identify opportunities to drive process efficiency within functional area of oversight
  • Cultivate the skills and abilities of the program’s sourcing team through establishing performance goals, providing timely feedback, and active engagement

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience sourcing technology products and services; specifically, technology, global communications equipment and UAS/CUAS

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 8+ years of related experience
● Security clearance level: Secret
● US citizenship required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
