GDIT's military health team is hiring a Dissemination and Implementation Specialist (Warfighter Brain Health) to support the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE) at HQ in Silver Spring, MD.
Position Summary:
The Implementation Specialist will work with TBI CoE in order to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of its products throughout the MHS. They are responsible for coordinating with research, clinical and educational SME’s to develop strategies to optimally research, disseminate and implement state of the science recommendations and other valid clinical practices for TBI care across the MHS.
The candidate will plan and participate in the identification, collection, analyses and presentation of key dissemination and implementation findings. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic implementation plans for TBICoE products.
They will present recommendations to the Government on how to improve the research, dissemination and
implementation of clinical best practices. Under the guidance of the government oversight, s/he will work with regulatory bodies, and support protocol development and management as required for dissemination and implementation efforts.

The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $129,766. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
