How an O&M Development Lead Will Make an Impact

·       Lead daily technical operations for production systems, ensuring stability, security, and high performance across environments.

·       Manage incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions to maintain system reliability.

·       Oversee patching, configuration updates, and maintenance across application, data, and integration layers.

·       Drive monitoring, automation opportunities, and performance improvements to enhance system reliability.

What You’ll Need to SucceedEducation:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.

·       Equivalent experience accepted for highly qualified candidates.

Experience:

·       10+ years supporting enterprise software systems, including operations, maintenance, and production support.

·       Extensive experience leading troubleshooting, defect resolution, and incident management activities.

·       Strong background maintaining cloud-native applications, integrations, and multi-environment pipelines.

·       Experience coordinating development and O&M teams to sustain production stability.

Technical Skills:

·       Expertise in application monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks for cloud-native systems.

·       Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps tooling.

·       Ability to troubleshoot across application, data, network, and integration layers.

·       Familiarity with security patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance maintenance.

Skills & Abilities:

·       Excellent leadership skills for managing O&M activities and coordinating cross-functional teams.

·       Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex system issues.

·       Detail-oriented approach to documentation, configuration tracking, and maintenance recordkeeping.

Security Clearance Level:  Ability to pass a security background check.Location: Remote. Some travel may be required.

Timeline: This is a contingent position, expected to start in March 2027.
