The Committee Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support for the Safety and Compliance Committee(s), maintaining oversight that all committee activities, meetings, documentation, and processes are efficiently managed and compliant with OPTN governance and HRSA oversight requirements. This role requires a strong ability to maintain detailed records, facilitate secure and transparent communication, and support coordination efforts with internal teams, HRSA, contractors, and committee stakeholders.
Reporting to the Committee Operations Leads, the Committee Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely management of committee administration, maintenance of rosters and records, and coordination of committee activities. The Coordinator focuses on implementing established processes while providing detailed documentation, logistical support for meetings, and adherence to organizational protocols for the execution of committee functions.

The likely salary range for this position is $73,965 - $89,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
