Job Description

GDIT is looking for a Program Support Specialist to join a Fed Health PMO team. The PMO Rotational Support Specialist provides adaptable, cross-functional support within the Program Management Office. This role rotates through Knowledge Management, Communications, Deliverables Management, Quality Assurance, and other additional areas, supporting high‑volume areas and strengthening overall PMO operations. The position is ideal for individuals seeking broad PMO exposure and professional development in a dynamic environment.

This role is fully remote!

This role will require you to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and will require you to provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility.  This investigation may review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Document processes, create user guides, and support migration activities within Knowledge Management
• Assist with drafting, editing, and coordinating internal PMO communications

• Assist with program-specific marketing initiatives to promote the program and future events
• Coordinate and track PMO deliverables, ensuring version control and timely submission
• Support Quality Assurance reviews, data validation, and standardized QA workflows
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and process artifacts as well as improve various PMO workflow efficiencies
• Provide surge support during peak milestones and high-demand periods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and high-quality outputs

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of similar work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or healthcare

• Experience with customer service and operations
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools; experience with SharePoint preferred
· Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance

· Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in PMO, business management, project coordination, or operations support
• Interest in developing skills across Knowledge Management, Communications, Deliverables Management, Quality Assurance, and other areas within PMO
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, workflows, and content areas

• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working across diverse teams

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $25.50 - $34.50. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
