Job Description

ACCOUNT SR MANAGER Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as an Account Sr Manager at GDIT. Here, you’ll become an integral part of how GDIT is able to ensure the safety and security of our nation.

As an Account Sr Manager, Motion GEOINT Portfolio Lead - Roles and Responsibilities:the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of


  • Lead/Manage/Support successful completion of all tasks related to the Motion GEINT Portfolio including technical work, financial, and growth activities
  • Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation
  • Responsible for financial targets and growth of the Motion GEOINT Portfolio
  • Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits
  • Performs business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals
  • Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement
  • Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other portfolio documents
  • Responsible for "Keep It Sold" of current license sales/renewals
  • Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested
  • Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience
  • Security clearance level: TS/SCI clearance
  • US citizenship required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $161,500 - $218,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
