IEWTPT Lead

MEANINGGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:

  • As the IEWTPT Lead and Intelligence Trainer for Fort Bliss MTC, you will oversee all aspects of Military Intelligence Training and scenario development ICW MTC Authority To Operate (ATO) standards.  Serves as the Military Intelligence Subject Matter Expert leading the Collective Training Team with intelligence training objectives in MTC simulations exercises.
  • Coordinates with outside agencies and other III Corps MTC sites on Military Intelligence training simulation. 
  • Enforces competency in the IEWTPT system and the systems ability to Federate to provide simulation intelligence support to the 1st Armored Division.  
  • Manages all aspects of the Intelligence War Fighting Function Training architecture and exercise support with intelligence planners at outside agencies (Foundry, MCTP, GSC, etc.).
  • Plans for the distribution of intelligence simulation data to training units mission command systems of record in classified mode for simulations/stimulation. 
  • The MTC IEWTPT Lead / Intelligence Trainer provides oversight Military Intelligence Training Strategy for Brigade and Above Intelligence units.
  • At the Fort Bliss MTC, you will work with a dedicated team of professionals who are focused on creating a realistic and user-friendly training environment for the 4th Infantry Division and tenant units on Fort Bliss.  You will resolve unique challenges every week!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Completed a BS or BA degree. 

Required Experience: Background of at least six years’ experience with Military training and intelligence training support. Minimum of six years of special security experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with operational level experience preferred

Required Technical Skills:

  • Position requires experience in compartmented programs in DoD U.S. Intelligence Community or supporting U.S. Contractors.
  • Extensive knowledge of multi-source analysis from either regional or functional background/training to current and operational intelligence mission to include database manipulation.
  • Successfully served as a Brigade S2, Division or Corps G2 or Analysis and Control Element (ACE) Chief; Service at a National Intelligence Agency, Corps, or Division (preferred)

Security Clearance Level: Must possess an adjudicated Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) based security clearance and additionally be able to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph within 6 months of hire.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • A personal drive to lead a team of dedicated intelligence professionals, providing purpose, motivation, and direction
  • Advises and assist the Collective Training Team with scenario development, planning, and intelligence training integration

Preferred Skills: Previous Army leadership and/or staff experience is strongly preferred. Completed the Army Command & General Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education or equivalent level military schooling.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $76,565 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
