Job Description

SECURITY MANAGER

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Security Manager at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Security Operations.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
You will be responsible for applying security principles, practices, and procedures to maintain compliance with National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) personnel and physical security regulations and policies. You will coordinate investigations, develop courses of action, and implement security policies.

Required skills

● Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience working with personnel, physical and security principles, concepts, regulations, and practices sufficient to ensure compliance with contract/TO security requirements.
● Security clearance level: Top Secret clearance
● US citizenship required

Desired Skills

● Experience working with ODNI security regulations, policies, and procedures

● Experience developing and managing security programs, assessing customer requirements, and mitigating risks

● Experience conducting security program assessments and developing process improvement recommendations

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
