  • Support profile migrations, transfers, and updates across networks, domains, and environments, ensuring data integrity and alignment with approved configuration standards
  • Troubleshoot complex profile related issues including corruption, sync failures, policy conflicts, authentication dependencies, and domain placement errors
  • Implement configuration updates, version changes, architecture optimizations, and operational modifications to sustain resilient, compliant profile environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and configuration artifacts supporting change management, troubleshooting, and operational sustainment
  • Collaborate with endpoint, VDI, storage, authentication, and cybersecurity teams to maintain profile health, integrate new capabilities, and improve end user experience
  • Apply security updates, software patches, and configuration fixes to profile management systems, ensuring compliance with enterprise security baselines and hardening requirements
  • Identify and remediate noncompliant profile management components by reviewing vulnerability and compliance reports, resolving patching exceptions, and validating corrective actions across environments
