  • Document configuration changes, procedures, system architecture, and platform usage guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, including vulnerability remediation and secure configuration management.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams on server provisioning, network connectivity, and environment readiness for all supported platforms.

Required Technical Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent
  • Experience: 8+ years of related experience
  • Experience administrating GitLab (self-managed), including runners, updates, and integrations in a highly available configuration.
  • Experience performing patching, upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance for enterprise applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence administration, including workflow and permission management.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Nexus Repository Manager (OSS/Pro) and SonarQube environments.
  • Proficiency with Linux systems administration, including shell scripting for automation.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals, SSL certificates, reverse proxies, and load balancers.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across application, system, and integration layers.
  • Experience supporting development teams in an Agile or DevOps-oriented environment.
