Job Description

The PMO Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of projects across the program. This role ensures that project management standards, methodologies, and best practices are consistently applied. The PMO Lead provides guidance to task leads, monitors portfolio performance, manages reporting and analytics, and drives alignment between tasks and organizational strategy. They serve as a key partner to leadership, enabling informed decision‑making, risk mitigation, and efficient resource utilization. The PMO Lead fosters a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project management function. Key Responsibilities include:
  • Drive the strategic direction of the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals and long‑range priorities
  • Partner with leadership to shape enterprise initiatives, investment decisions, and resource strategies
  • Oversee portfolio governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision‑making
  • Evaluate and prioritize programs and projects based on strategic value, risk, capacity, and expected outcomes
  • Lead enterprise‑level performance reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Champion organizational change management to support adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategic programs
  • Establish enterprise standards for project and program delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and repeatability
  • Identify emerging risks and trends across the portfolio and recommend proactive strategies to address them
  • Foster cross‑functional alignment, breaking down silos and ensuring cohesive execution of strategic initiatives
  • Promote a culture of strategic agility, continuous improvement, and data‑driven decision-making

    ● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
    ● US citizenship required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
