·   Experience designing and developing REST APIs and micro-service-based applications.

·   4+ years of hands-on AWS experience designing, deploying, operating, and troubleshooting production workloads.

·   Strong understanding of AWS architecture and core services, including ECS/ECR, VPC/networking, IAM, load balancing, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Route 53, and Secrets Management.

·   Strong understanding of cloud security, scalability, resiliency, high availability, and observability.

·   Experience with Docker, Terraform/OpenTofu, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

·   Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle, SQL, and Java persistence technologies such as Hibernate/JPA or MyBatis.

·   Experience with automated testing, code quality, security scanning, and DevSecOps practices.

·   Experience with application monitoring, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.

Leadership Skills and Abilities

·   Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a geographically distributed, 100% remote development team.
