This position strengthens program execution by providing comprehensive financial, administrative, and analytical support—ensuring accurate reporting, coordinated deliverables, effective staffing and travel management, and data‑driven insights that keep projects on schedule and compliant.
Program Analyst

Provides support, guidance, and oversight to cost control and timekeeper personnel during program execution for setup, forecasting, change order processing, project closeout, and other duties.
Coordinates submission of contract deliverables. Monitors and reports monthly financial information and maintain artifacts for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and reviews.
Supports the PM with programmatic administration and the development, collection, and delivery of TOR deliverables including personnel accountability, and manpower reporting.
Plans, coordinates and executes deployment supporting activities in accordance with project requirements and schedules.
Provides detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes and applies analytical and evaluative techniques and communications skills to resolve issues.
Constructs data, analyzes and evaluates facts, draws conclusions, devises solutions to problems, and identifies and reports changes and trends.
Works with TDP Delivery Lead to track open positions and staffing levels.
Tracks the issuance and receipt of CACs.
Oversees travel and trip reports, government furnished equipment, and travel invoices and authorizations.
Maintain copies of all completed Trip Reports; compiles and maintains a summary of all long-distance travel including, but not limited to, the name of the employee, location of travel, duration of trip, and Point of Contact (POC) at travel location.
Updates Management Dashboard to capture up-to-date project descriptions, miles, costs, and strategies.
Communicates with contractor staff to provide efficient support regarding travel request and data management.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education - BS/BA Degree
Required Experience – 5 to 10 years of related experience
Security Clearance Level - Active Secret Clearance
Location – Hybrid, Falls Church, VA

U.S. Citizenship Required
The likely salary range for this position is $96,569 - $130,651. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
