Job Description


Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Business Process Analyst Senior at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Program Management.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Senior Business Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will directly strengthen the mission of our customer by improving the efficiency, clarity, and reliability of critical procurement and supply chain operations. You will translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, streamline processes that enable faster and more compliant decision‑making, and ensure the systems and data our customer relies on are accurate, connected, and ready to support their mission at speed.

  • Lead efforts to gather and define requirements from SAO stakeholder groups, converting their needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.

  • Document processes, workflows, SOPs, test cases, and maintain disciplined documentation controls and version management.

  • Perform end-to-end process mapping and gap analysis to align current- and future-state capabilities and propose remediation plans supported by data.

  • Coordinate digital improvement initiatives and enhancement intake.

  • Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion Cloud changes, integrations, and reports.

  • Participate in business UAT and regression testing by providing insights and feedback; collaborate with the dedicated testing team to support quarterly Oracle Cloud release impact assessments; assist in maintaining change logs and updating SOPs/process maps.

  • Strengthen data governance and metric lineage by defining and documenting reporting requirements and KPI standardization; collaborate to test and deliver dashboards that.

Oracle Fusion Domain Knowledge (Business-Facing)

  • Understand Procure-to-Pay processes spanning Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management; translate SAO needs into clear requirements and test scenarios.

  • Maintain awareness of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations that affect SAO data flows, controls, and change impacts.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your initiative and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Business Analyst Senior must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

  • 7–10+ years of business analysis or systems/process consulting

  • 3–5+ years supporting ERP/supply chain ecosystems (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred)

  • Proven project oversight experience with complex, multi team initiatives

  • Experience reviewing or advising on SOPs/process improvements

  • A US person is required for access to GDIT Systems

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
