You will assist with policy and process implementation, reporting and data needs, and coordination of server health tasks such as security checks, STIG activities, and scheduled maintenance. You’ll collaborate with development partners and internal stakeholders to deliver enterprise business solutions that leverage ITIL processes and best practices.

Reporting, Data, and Documentation

  • Develop and maintain routine status reports, dashboards, and metrics on AESMP service performance and compliance activities.
  • Track outstanding actions related to operations, maintenance, and policy adherence.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process guides, training materials, and knowledge articles for technical staff and end users.
  • Help ensure data quality and consistency across AESMP-related tools, spreadsheets, and repositories.

Server Health and Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate and track routine server health activities (maintenance windows, patching, upgrades) with system administrators and engineers.
  • Support documentation and tracking of DISA STIG efforts, RMF control implementation, and other security compliance tasks.
  • Help ensure required security and audit evidence is recorded, organized, and accessible.
  • Perform basic checks and updates in approved tools to verify environments are current and aligned with maintenance schedules.
  • Escalate anomalies or issues to senior technical staff.
  • Assist in capturing and documenting technical issues, work orders, and tickets, and support timely follow-up and closure in line with customer and contract requirements.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for routine questions on AESMP processes, timelines, and standard procedures.
  • Help coordinate meetings, working sessions, and briefings with the government customer and internal teams.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to clear, professional communications (emails, brief summaries, and slides) describing upcoming changes, maintenance events, and policy updates.
