As a Release Analyst supporting IT Service Management (ITSM), you will coordinate and govern release cycles for updates to the HIGLAS Product Suite, contributing to change and release operations in an AI-driven environment that prioritizes continuous improvement and efficient, safe delivery while shaping the future of change enablement.

Location: Remote
Clearance: Public Trust - Candidate must meet the residency requirement of having lived in the US for at least three (3) of the past five (5) years and pass a CMS background check in order to obtain a Public Trust.

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
