About the Program

The CICADAS program delivers advanced cyber-focused intelligence support and mission-driven technical support to the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) newly established Cyber Intelligence Center. We provide support to offensive and defensive cyber operations by developing foundational military intelligence in high-tempo cyber environments. This is where proven expertise meets emerging threats, and where our team turns raw data into the intelligence that protects national security.
