As Chief Revenue Officer Kush Kumar is responsible Red River’s overall revenue growth. In addition, as the company continues to accelerate its expansion, he is instrumental in driving Red River’s go-to-market strategy across all its vertical markets. Kush previously served as River River’s Senior VP of Sales.
Kush joined Red River in 2011 and has overseen the explosive growth of our federal sales division for the past eight years, achieving more than a 325% increase in gross profit during that time.
Before joining Red River, Kush started his Federal sales career at GTSI as a DoD solutions architect, focusing on server, storage and networking enterprise solutions. While leading a global team, Kush played a leading role in growing GTSI’s DoD business to over $350M. After GTSI, Kush became the DoD/ Army sales manager for Oracle using his deep experience in the Federal sector and long-standing relationships within DoD to create and sell IT services and product solutions to meet the demanding needs of the U.S. military. Kush is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he majored in Electrical Engineering.
