Gwen Cadieux has been with GDIT for six years and is currently the Director of the Enterprise IT and Managed Services Capability Area for the Intelligence and Homeland Security Division.
Gwen is a highly accomplished, multifaceted manager with over thirty years of extensive experience encompassing program management, project coordination, business development, and client relations. She is skilled in large scale systems engineering, architectural development, planning, administering, coordinating and executing successful technology development and integration programs.
Gwen earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Master’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Prior to working at GDIT, Gwen worked at BAE as the Solutions Architect Manager responsible for developing enterprise architectures and integrated solutions for key IC and DoD IT and Cyber opportunities.
Gwen was with Harris Corporation for 7 years supporting the NRO as the site lead for the Enterprise Management Operations Center and provided support to the Defense Information Services Network-Leading Edge Solutions (DISN-LES) network and the Combined Federated Battle Laboratories (CFBL) Network (CFBLNet) as the lead network engineer.
From 2000–2003 she supported Dr. John Salasin of the Information Processing Technology Office (IPTO) as a Senior Engineer/Scientist at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) providing assistance on the concept development, management and transition of advanced software research programs in the areas of self-healing software, network-centric warfare and biologically inspired computing.
Gwen started her career at TRW working for over 13 years in progressively increasing professional and management roles supporting Undersea Surveillance, the New Fast Attack Submarine, IRAD and Satellite Communications.
