Rob Chung is a Senior Consultant within the Telecom Systems Business at Dell Technologies. In this role, Rob is responsible for identifying key strategic partnerships and opportunities to build an open ecosystem for advanced wireless telecommunications. Rob focuses on the intersection between Federal and commercial telecom engagements to make private mobility and public telecom transformation a reality. He partnered with multiple business aggregators across manufacturing, healthcare, and energy verticals to simplify route-to-market activities for private mobility. Additionally, Rob produced engagements with the White House, Federal Communications Commission, Commerce / State / Defense Departments, and other agencies to inform U.S. policy decisions.
Before joining Dell Technologies, Rob served within the military in various roles throughout the Army and civilian Federal agencies, and retired after 21 years of service. Rob originally hailed from Baltimore, Maryland, and graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Rob has two daughters, Meridith and Kathleen. Meridith plans to become a geologist studying volcanoes and Kathleen plans to join the military to follow her father’s career. In his spare time, Rob appreciates scuba diving and hiking with his family.
