General Dynamics Information Technology, fresh off of CSRA buy, names its new leadership team

With General Dynamics Corp.’s blockbuster $9.7 billion acquisition of government IT services company CSRA Inc. now complete, the new leadership team at the revamped General Dynamics Information Technology is in place.

The 12-member brain trust is featured on a new GDIT website and consists of seven General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) holdovers and five CSRA executives. The business unit — which has doubled $9.9 billion in revenue, second only to Leidos Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LDOS) among the government services behemoths — is headed up by Amy Gilliland, who became president of General Dynamics Information Technology last September.
